Photographing children on the street is a risky business. Parents don’t like it. Many street photographers don’t attempt it. I saw this boy glowering behind the wire. I held up my camera to a man sitting nearby and asked “OK?” He answered “Fine with me. He’s not my kid. You might ask his mother.” She said “Yes.”
